The course consists of 25 hours of training in a classroom setting, and 12 hours of in car training to correlate with the Graduated Licensing for Nova Scotia.

- Momentum – Learning to judge the movement of your vehicle.
- Ethical Risk Factors – Consideration of the ethical risks of driving.

- Driving Maneuvers – Learning proven methods for:
- Lane Change
- Highway Driving
- Rules of the Road
- Right and Left Turns
- Reverse Parking
- Alcohol – The consequences of alcohol, drinking and driving.
- Road Rage – The importance of staying calm and controlled while driving.
